Return Policy
At YANGOR, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality electric bicycles and an exceptional shopping experience. We also understand that, occasionally, you may need to return a product for various reasons. In such cases, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.
1. Order Cancellation
Before shipping
If any unshipped order (including pre-orders) is canceled at any time before delivery, we will charge a 5% platform fee. For any unshipped order (including pre-orders) paid via PayPal and canceled before delivery, a full refund will be provided.
Shipped but not received
Once the order is shipped out of from warehouse, we will not accept any request for cancellation of the order. If you are not sure whether your order has been delivered or not, you can consult our customer service team by email in advance.
2. Return Conditions:
1. No return or replacement of electric bicycles will be provided after 30 days of receipt of the goods
2. Clean, in perfect condition with no visible signs of wear or damage.
3. Have all tags and peripherals intact and in their original state.
4. Be in its original packaging and parts. If you return an item that is not in its original packaging, there is a 6% repacking fee occurred.
5.Apperance damage: serious appearance damage need to be submitted within 48 hours of receipt,including photos and the product must remain unused.
The following situations will be seen as normal and will not apply to the return and refund policy:
1. Due to accident, abuse, misuse, misappropriation, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities inconsistent with the intended use of the product), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture resulting defects or damage, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect or unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
2. Minor Scratches, dents or appearance damage。
2. Product defect or damage caused by the use of accessories, products or auxiliary or peripheral equipment not provided or approved by YANGOR for the product;
4. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair or adjustment.

Please note that shipping costs for any returns are not covered by YANGOR except the critically damaged quality problems.
*Definition of critically damaged items: the main structure of the product is deformed and affects its normal functions in any form.
The defect must be confirmed by our after-sales engineers and meet the following conditions:
A) Internal faults in motor, battery, or controller systems that are not repairable (no external collision marks).
B) Brake system issues or other safety hazards that cannot be repaired.
C) Design defects that lead to safety issues requiring a recall, as determined by YANGOR.
3. Refund
Once our warehouse has received the returned product(s) and checked to confirm it meets our return condition, we will deduct any applicable fee and send the remaining refund according to the customer's original payment method.
Customers are encouraged to check with their credit card company and/or bank if the refund has not been posted on the account after two days it has been issued. Delays may occur due to the different fund transfer procedures in different financial institutions. Please contact us.
